The Topcon Support team will attempt to resolve your issue over the phone or through e-mail.  If the issue cannot be resolved, the Support Team will advise if your unit should be sent in for repair.  Support will notify you if the unit is covered under warranty, or if the repair will be billable. See FAQ for repair pricing.
Support will obtain name, shipping address and e-mail and forward to the Repairs team to issue the RMA to the user. 
An RMA will be issued by the Repairs team within 24 hours. 

FAQ

Credit Card & Shipping Address
Any customer with an account in good standing will be billed through the normal process. 
Customers without an account with Topcon will need to pay for their repair with a credit card. Credit cards are not required to accept equipment for repair.

  • Credit Card required before we can ship repaired unit back to the customer.
  • Shipping address is required when the RMA is started.

How long will it take to repair my unit?

  • Our goal is a 10 day turn around. This depends upon the season, and part availability.

 Shipping tips

  • Ship your repair to Topcon prepaid with UPS, FED-EX, USPS, Speedy
  • Make sure you have all information inside with return address and contact info.
  • Reference the RMA number
  • Make sure the box is in good shape and packed with sufficient packaging.
